Since 2007, Franklin has been an independent executive operating as both an institutional advisor to institutional financial sponsors, and active CEOs across various industries. Transaction history dates to 2007-2008, acting as principal and advisor across the subprime mortgage crisis; Franklin was effective in creating securitization swaps
